Prior to my decision to purchase, I was quite impressed that Mato answered several questions I posted in the "Contaciting Us" section of the web site. The answers were received in a reasonable time and were polite and informative; this gave me a good first impression and helped me with my decision to select the Panther G.
I ordered the Panther G on the evening of July 19, 2010 and it arrived on July 21, 2010 (I live within 150 km from Mato). It was nicely packed and there was no damage in shipment.
I am very pleased with my Panther G.
Details are good, everything works very well. I am enjoying getting used to operating it.
I am a satisfied customer, in the future, I can see augmenting the Panther with a Stug III and /or Tiger I, to name a few. |
